How to Prepare for Your Appointment:

• Schedule an appointment time when infant will likely be hungry
• Have expressed breastmilk or human milk substitute (formula) available (3 oz)
• A record of infant stooling/voiding, feeding, and sleeping for at least 48 hours prior
• Have any nursing tools and pump accessible
